RecommendedVery clean and spacious. Quiet and kid friendly with the water slides between this and the Marriott. Friendly staff, good breakfast.
by far the worst hotel I've stayed in. outdated, dirty, and worst hospitality ever. we only booked it for puporses of airport shuttle and parking for the week. the shuttle was 45 mins late picking us up and the front desk person hung up the phone on me. will never stay here again. disgusting.
Conveniently located right by a boardwalk to the beach, and conveniently located near the center of the Outer Banks to make exploring both north and south very easy, BUT…the hotel is worn out, our room was dirty, and our bathroom was filthy. Whatever you do when traveling, please don’t stay here! Staff very rude. Not to mention the bed bugs and they even leave food from previous guest if you’re hungry! I booked these rooms for my uncle Steve who is very sick to attend his daughters graduation and it was that bad, they left with 20 minutes and wouldn’t give a refund, that’s ok thought I will be getting those refunds done today! Also Ms.Thomas was very rude, she needs to put in laundry so she’s not bothered by guest checking!
