This motel was in dirty disrepair. Bedding was dirty floors were dirty the bathroom was not only dirty but had cobwebs and mold. I believe the hotel might’ve had some damage from a hurricane which is understandable but the repairs that are being made or Done poorly it is not being cleaned up in between times of actually working on the job. RecommendedNice quit clean room good place to park your car if going on a trip getting a shuttle to airport.
We were put in a room in the back. Had burnt down recently. BUGS! BUGS! BUGS! Shuttle doesn’t run at all hours. Return flight was delayed and there was zero accommodations made. Staff was extremely RUDE. Interrupting constantly. Hung up on me. Etc. Even our second room after complaining about the first was not clean and we regret not sleeping in our car. Overall I’d give them 0/5 if I could.

Booked this hotel a month before leaving for our trip to Florida. Drove in on July 31st (8:30 at night) and the hotel was closed with zero explanation. There was no sign on the doors, no email letting us know, and not a single person there. We went next door to Cracker Barrel and they told us what was going on. RecommendedThe hotel was clean, pool and hot tub was wonderful, the kind gentleman at the front desk Mark was just fantastic. Whenever we walked by would always greet us with a smile on his face and made us feel very welcomed. We will be back!
