I paid for 5 minutes in cash. I bought more time with my card and they charged me for twice as much for 5 more minutes.
🤬😡Phone number linked to discounted Verizon phone l, what a racket! Shampoo and conditioner both did not work! Paid good money for cool water! Will never go back!😡🤬
Complete waste of my time and money. First they were not taking cards, so I had to put 20 quarters in. Then there was no soap. So my dog now still stinks, and is wet. By time I figured out neither soap was working I switched to dry and the machine quit. There also are no aprons, so I am soaked. What
Displays show incorrect charge amount from what was charged to the credit card. They would not correct their mistake. Manager is unwilling to admit the machine is wrong and has terrible customer service.
Everything worked as it should.
