Yeah, it is always ok when you rip off a single mother. Btw, she didn't qualify for the "wheels from the heart, non profit business you operate but you did take her money up front and before she has even paid her first payment the vehicle needs a transmission. You screwed this woman and you haven't heard the last of it.
