I went to see a GT500 mustang, I sat in the car, and the leather inside door panel came off exposing many flying bugs in the car as well as dead bugs on the floor mat. It also doesn't help that the car was over priced... By far the worst dealership I've ever been to.
The sales manager, Steve, who I spoke to over the phone on speaker phone with my family in ear range, cursed me out, calling me F****** Stupid after I gave him an offer on a car that he was not satisfied with. This is no way to run a business, if I could I would have given them Zero stars, since I started the conversation with a respectful tone trying to negotiate a price as people do with dealers. Have had 2 great experiences with Country Club Autos!
I just acquired a car from Steve at Country Club Auto. Not an easy transaction since I had to sell my car and had the loan paid. Steve told me he would pay the car loan immediately and did so. It is nice to be able to buy a car in a place you can trust the owner on his words. The way I was treated and the support I was given exceeded my expectations.I consider Steve "family" and now the only person I will go back to trade my next car.
