The worst automobile dealership experience I've ever had. I took my grand cherokee in for a leak in the brake line. One single brake line $1065. In disbelief this clearly inflated price was confirmed by a Service Mgr, $850 of this bill was for 4 hours of labor.
I worked with Brian. Excellent communication and customer service. Truly went above and beyond! Work with him, thank me later. You won't regret it.
Great experience. Huge inventory/selection of new and slightly used late model RAM trucks. Straight forward price negotiations. Kendall provided teriffic sales assistance, advice, and is highly knowledgable on RAM trucks. Very pleasant, easy to work with, and great attention to detail. The worst experience at automobile dealership I've ever had! One single brake line on my grand cherokee, $1065 bill. 4 hours labor was $850. Gotta be a world record for a single brake line replacement. Their service Mgr verified this bill. TERRIBLE.
Very Reputable Service Department!!! Took our ‘22 Town & Country in expecting to install a new seat heating module, & they found it was just loose, fixed, & replacement part not needed afterall—& no charge!! Will definitely recommend Coughlin Marysville Jeep & use them for any future service. 5 stars!!!!
