Featuring live Maine lobster, prime rib and the best seafood the area has to offer. Our fresh fish is a standard menu item. We are honored to have been voted the Best Steak in South Baldwin County by the “People’s Choice Award”.

Good – Went with 6 adults and 1 child. Service and food was very average, although the mixed drinks were good.
Our family has eaten at Cotton's every summer for 17 years. We look forward to it every year. We show up with our large party of family members and we have always enjoyed the atmosphere, service and the wonderful food. Very good steaks, fried shrimp and oysters. My sister loves their stuffed chicken. Nothing but good things to say from us.
Prime Rib was awesome, Baked Potatoes at Cotton's are the best in town and NEWCASTLE was COLD. lIFE IS GOOD IN ORANGE BEACH, ALABAMA. WAR EAGLE!!!
The best food in Peridido Key – Cotton's was the best food that we had in Perdido Key. I would give it 5 stars, but we had to wait an hour for our food after we ordered, which is a no-no with two young children, and our waitress never refilled my drink. I had the fried shrimp, and contrary to other reviews, it was HUGE and the best fried shrimp I've ever had. The gumbo was great as well. I just wish we had gotten there at opening and it would have been a much better experience.
Amazing! – I brought flounder to cook in the restaurant that I had caught the nigh before. They broiled, blackened and fried it. Amazing.I also had the stuffed shrimp . Mouth watering. Try it! if your dissatisfied, well let them know! That's whats customer service is about.
This is a more upscale dining experience. The inside is a low lighting and very elegant. The waitors are all very quick and respectful. The food is very good, and i have enjoyed every meal ive eaten there.
Nice break – We just returned from our vacation in Gulf Shores and Cottons was again high on our list to visit. We had a party of seven and was seated within 15 minutes of waiting. Our server actually had four large parties in her section, but all of our needs were promptly taken care of. When she was attending one of her tables, we noticed if our table or one of the others needed something, one of the managers was constantly on the floor and in the busier areas making sure everyone was happy and their needs taken care of. Excellent Food & Service! – Excellent food & service!: My husband & I were celebrating our 9th wedding anniversary & couldn't have picked a better place! The food was excellent, the service was superb &, even though we were prepared to "splurge", the price was great too! We will definitely be back!
We've been coming to orange beach for vacations for over 20 years and had never tried cotton's. The salad could stand some improvement, but I had a medium rare 14 oz. ribeye that was one of best two or three steaks i've had in my life, and i've had several. My steak and potato and my wife's shrimp and scallop combo cost about 7 dollars more than soggy fish and fries at tacky jacks, and no drunks bumping into me. I'm surprised by the bad reviews. Our service was very good and the whole experience was enjoyable.
