What A GREAT job – Me and my wife have been taking our cars to Cary transmission for some time now, and I thought I would leave some feedback, I also viewed the other reviews. I do not agree with whoever said that Cary transmission wouldnt work on their car, the owner Mitch has always talked with me on the phone, and has answered all the questions we have asked, no matter how petty they might be. AVOID – BUYER BEWARE Fixed my car and charged me lots and still had the same engine light problem. Brought car back and was charged lots more money and engine light is stil on. Finally brought car to dealer. they told me that the work that they did caused me engine to mess up. Brought car back to Mitch. he refused to work on the car. I will have my lawyers follow up. I still have no car

excellent service, genuine care for the customer – I took my car to Cary Transmission and Auto Care for transmission service (change fluid and filter). I called in advance to set an appointment. Service was completed within 25 minutes and I was back to work on time. Cary Transmission and Auto Care provides great customer service and a knowledgeable staff.

Very fare, upfront and great customer service! – This was the first time I've gone to Cary Transmission and Auto Care. I saw the ad and coupons in the Pennysaver. Mitch was very fare, performed great service. In fact, even though my maintenance minder told me to change a filter, he did not because he said that it was still clean. I will definitely be a returning customer.

The kind of shop I have been looking for... – I have finally found a place to take my vehicles where I can expect quality trustworthy service and pay fair prices. The personalized attention from Mitch, the owner and individual who does the wrenching, is unlike anything one will experience at one of chose chain maintenance places.
