Worst place I've ever rented. I've been here 6 months now and still have nothing I was promised to be installed at leasing. Every time I call for maintenance I'm told 24-48hrs. It's going on 2 weeks now just for a door panel. You can never get through the line to talk to someone. I really wished I would've read these reviews prior to move in. They say they're under new management and things are getting better but this is my second time living here and back in the day it was waaaaaay better. I can't wait until my lease is up!... read more
Don't move here unless you are desperate and if you do, have the board of health inspect it first! Apartments are molded, maintenance steals and they don't fix anything, some of the people in the leasing office are rude and lazy. This was by far the worse apartment complex I have lived in... they have open doors to vacant apartments so you are not safe. Weigh your options before moving in!
If I could give a negative rating, I would. Please, whatever you do, don't move to this apartment complex! I moved here in December. I read the bad reviews, but the office staff assured me that it was under new management and absolutely turning around. The rent was so cheap and it was around the corner from work. My water heater froze 3 times from December to February. The management changed again after I moved in and the office staff has changed 3 times in the past 6 months. They have more empty units than rented the agency has poor commutation skills I paid to move in got a call the day before my move in date and was told I couldn't move in due to the the lack of work on their maintenance behalf was gave another unit that someone else live in so I than ask for my money back to get the run around I gave them $500 on 1-7-16 was due to move 1-22-16 it's now 2-2-16 and still haven't received my money but received a nasty attitude from leasing manager Tom Parkes and Susan Revak
Worst place ive been at ever!!!! Maintenance sucks took them almost two months to fix our door after we were robbed! Our leak from our bathroom at least 3 months on that to top it off still have not fixed the hole in the ceiling for when they fixed the leak. that's going on 6 months now! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! No pool because they are to cheap to fix anything.
