With MASSIVE rate increases due to renovations (aka gentirfying an underprivileged neighborhood) and mass evictions to allow those renovations to go underway, I don't suggest leasing here. They don't care about the people who lived here when they took over, and the old management barely cared either (our roof leaked severely for 8/12 months we lived here). Seriously, you're putting tenants out for "remodeling". These people still have leases. How is that legal? I'm making phone calls today to find out if you can legally do this. I will be also putting you on blast on Apartment Peeps facebook group. Good luck trying to get new tenants. Shame on you!!

This property sucks! Dont ever fix things that need to be fixed. Day 3 without a.c. but i bet yall gone expect that rent on the first without being late. Edit: week 2 without air conditioning and no sign of maintenance men. But they want to sneak up my steps and put a notice on my door saying i owe them 68$.... Health department is now invovled.
Any place that would purposefully put residents in duress and they pay to stay there. Can't be good ����
To make residents aware, the Cottages are tagging cars with violation tags that have not caused any violation to their property codes. My car was tagged with a "Have not been driven" violation tag and I drive my car every day. They said my car had been sitting for a full month. Crazy thing about that, when speaking to the front office one staff member admitted she see me driving my car everyday. The power goes out ones a week, been with out a furnace for over a month now. Maintenance never shows up to fix nothing. All the people in the office on payroll but no one can fix the overpriced apartments. If you're thinking about it.... DONT!!!
