AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! I was desperate to move out of a toxic roommate situation. The rent is cheap but not worth it. People sell drugs and homeless are always around. The maintenance is awful. It took a whole month for them to fix my garbage disposal, trash is always everywhere, management is terrible. They claim I have an unauthorized animal and yet they won’t send me my lease so I can prove to them his information is on it. My dogs information is on their management website where you pay rent. Great Management! Cottage Court is a very nice and quiet place to live, just what we were looking for. The property manager Aj has been very attentive and has been making sure everything is exactly as we wanted. Him and the maintenance tech Carlos have been very helpful and working hard to make this place our new home. They have been communicating with us throughout everything and making sure we are happy and loving Cottage Court.
Love it!! I am here because of how great, attentive and caring the property manager is! AJ answers all of our questions, is there when we need him even on his days off. I truly feel at peace. I cannot leave out Carlos the maintenance tech who is also very friendly and attentive they make a great team! I can see being here for a while as long as they stay!
Great Management! Cottage Court is a very nicely kept and quiet place, just what we were looking for. The property manager Aj has been greatly attentive to our needs and wishes. He has been effectively communicating with us to make sure everything is going well and we are happy with our new place. Him and the maintenance tech Carlos has been very helpful whenever we needed anything from them. They have been working very hard to make this our new home.

Terrible Apartments I rented an apartment via long distance. I had to pay $780.00 deposit. I was desperate so I stayed for an entire year. Ant and large roach infested. I was promised a 1 BR to move in on Feb 16, 2019. When I arrived after 5 hour drive, my apartment was in shambles. They had evicted previous tenant the day before and tore up the door frame to get in. I had to rent a hotel room. And the leasing manager had promised that same apartment to another person. CURRENT TENANT I relocated to Dallas this summer & began living here in August. WORST MISTAKE EVER. When I first visited to inquire about apartments in July, Nancy was so nice & friendly & answered all my questions but as soon as my name was signed on the lease agreement I saw a COMPLETE opposite. Office personnel is unavailable most of the time & seldom answer the phone. They are frequently out of the office even during the hours they are supposedly open. I'm super happy I moved here!!! I am very happy I moved here. I feel so welcome every time I go into the office. The staff is just so nice and caring. Honestly I feel like family already. Great communication from Christy and Nancy to resident. Let me say, my apartment is off the hook. WOW!!! I.LOVE. IT. No issues so far. Can't wait to begun decorating.
No No No Bad management, bugs, bad parking, apartments flood, no support from office staff, no response for work orders, let you go months without items being fixed. There is much more!
