Move-in Process-Frustrating to say the least Rent is not the advertised price, they have a mandatory additional fee of at least $95 a month for trash service and other miscellaneous fees, plus you pay your metered water/sewer. Just moved in yesterday, well sort of. The property manager that sold me on the property is no longer with the company. The new property manager is basically useless. Terrible place to live. Terrible management, rent goes up constantly, and maintenance is slow to respond.

Great Management! Cottage Court is a very nice and quiet place to live, just what we were looking for. The property manager Aj has been very attentive and has been making sure everything is exactly as we wanted. Him and the maintenance tech Carlos have been very helpful and working hard to make this place our new home. They have been communicating with us throughout everything and making sure we are happy and loving Cottage Court.
Love it!! I am here because of how great, attentive and caring the property manager is! AJ answers all of our questions, is there when we need him even on his days off. I truly feel at peace. I cannot leave out Carlos the maintenance tech who is also very friendly and attentive they make a great team! I can see being here for a while as long as they stay!

RecommendedBeautiful landscape, very quiet and cozy because we are a dead end complex directly set back off of US 19. no thru traffic so i love it. bus stop for myself and the childrens schools is right out front on 19. Amenties are amazing, i get to have coffee in the most beautiful clubhouse every morning. As well as cook on the gorgeous propane grill in the summers. only a few down falls here which would be the pricing and fees and the fact that the OWNER has no compassion for the hard working families that live here. property manag... read more

Nice place to live. The grounds are kept neet. It is quiet and comfortable.
