10/10 Recommend My boyfriend and I have been living here for almost 2 years and honestly we love it!!! Ms. Connie is super sweet and friendly along with the maintenance team and security. Move-in Process-Frustrating to say the least Rent is not the advertised price, they have a mandatory additional fee of at least $95 a month for trash service and other miscellaneous fees, plus you pay your metered water/sewer. Just moved in yesterday, well sort of. The property manager that sold me on the property is no longer with the company. The new property manager is basically useless. don't move here They never treat for bugs. It's three weeks before they even pretend to fix something broken. Ac will never work properly.
Great property and better management This property looks fresh and clean after the renovations. The management staff is so helpful and responsive. This is a great place to live.
Terrible place to live. Terrible management, rent goes up constantly, and maintenance is slow to respond.

LOL they changed the name but it’s still a cesspool! Don’t move here. DONT move here. “Veranda” apartments now called Parkhaus? You will regret being entangled with this management co. If you stay at this … “property.” Unprofessional (least of your concerns), dirty, neglectful, blatant disrespect for tenants. You will not receive bare minimum of services. Save and move somewhere else! No matter how long it takes!!!!!
Drive through the property This facility is a tremendous eye sore and crime haven. You will see MANY MANY people coming and going on foot through the parking lot where the “privacy fence” has been destroyed in multiple areas. There will be gunshots EVERY weekend from this property. Your car will be either spray painted or broken into as soon as they recognize the unfamiliar vehicle. Management is forever unavailable once your lease is signed. Horrible and uninhabitable Infestation of roaches,we have had pest control come by twice in one month,have used riach bombs and sprays and still have roaches and management has yet to resolve our issues. It's been months
