Cota has caused me stress, they have somehow stopped billing and took me off auto-delivery without consulting me. I was full on payments due their way and the last bill was sent on time within 2 weeks, and at same time notice was sent my way that I was taken off auto-delivery... I called to resolve the matter, and cota said the would look into this further and call me back but never did. In the past, while I have had good service from Cota, this recent debacle has been terrible. Very dissatisfied!

We called Cota at 2pm on a Friday afternoon when realized hot water heater wasn’t working. By 530pm we had a newly installed unit. Thank you Chuck and Rod Miller for great and fast service.
