Spoke with manager (Randy) this morning...... not impressed with his customer service or desire for new business. I guess my potential small residential account wasn’t worth more effort to capture. So much for caring family business.

Good morning Don, for your safety and ours we require customers to set up an account first before receiving service. Unfortunately we can't adjust this policy depending on the type or size of service needed. It is a very quick process if you are interested in the future.
Incompetent. They told me flat out that they can’t do their own job. In more ways than one.
RecommendedWe have dealt with the White River Jct office for several years. We changed to Cota after having a oil out situation with a large regional company. Cota’s automatic delivery never let us down. Craig, the manager, is always quickly responsive on service needs. This is a very fine company to do business with. Pat and Steve Fawcett
So I misjudged my heating oil level and ran out sometime in the night on Thursday. Put in an online order on Friday morning and it was in my tank before 4pm. Could not be happier. Shoutout to the driver for braving the mud pit that is my road and making it all the way up here. You the real MVP. Also, since we are living in some strange and contagious times, I decided it was best to practice some safe social distancing and leave payment and some disinfectant wipes for the driver. Just wanted to take the time to personally thank Casey himself and his crew. While my mother was on vacation they were called to her house for a problem with her furnace. In a moment's notice they fixed the problem and kept her stress free from far away. Not only did they fix the problem but Casey himself cleaned up all the soot that was left behind. Great local company that gets the Job done with an owner that cares!!
Very awesome company. Today a member of our community was in need of propane. The community came together to assist that person with the means to do so. The Brattleboro office yielded multiple calls for donations AND went the extra mile to get tanks to this woman today! Thanks for doing your part to make the community better!
