RecommendedCota and Cota I personally feel they are the best in the area for service. To start delivery personnel are great and all truck are spotless. Service department right on the ball. I put a nail through my hot water pipe when remodeling they had a tech there quicker then I expected and fixed right away. And the office staff so courteous from the phone to someone taking payments. RecommendedCota and Cota has been great!! We switched over from Irving this year, and with every question we’ve had, their fast and friendly customer service team has been there to help us. We also used Cota and Cota’s service department to fix some issues from our furnace installed by Irving. The service team was very helpful, informative and the pricing quotes were spot on. We would highly recommend Cota and Cota to anyone out there looking for a reliable and dependable heating company.

Horrible customer service. have let us run out of fuel 3 times after waiting a week for deliveries. Unfriendly customer service agents and managers. Too big to care. Highly NOT recommended.

Hi Scott, we recommend for all will call customers to call when their tank is at 1/4, which allows time to get there within a few business days. Hopefully this will help in the future to eliminate any interruptions in service. Happy Holidays to you and yours.
