The WORST cashier award goes to this one named "Angie T". This one, not only allows ppl to cut in front of you, it yells back at a customer and ARGUES when told that was wrong. yup. I had SO MUCH time that I waited like everyone else right? Great manager though. Very respectful. He apologized her that one's behavior and assured me that he will do something about it. Now I don't know if Costco corporate will even read this review and contact me but I'd love to talk to one of y'all.
The tire Center employees did not let customer use the bathroom facilities on 7/02/2016 at 7:30 am Breaking a federal law! Parking is a nightmare and cashiers are so incredibly rude. Every single person that works here looks so miserable. If you hate your job, you shouldn't be working in retail. Or if you're not going to take care of your staff so they're happy, then you shouldn't be a manager.
It is way too crowded and the parking is too tight. Too many new staff in training with not enough supervisors to assist. Not enough check out stands causing too much customer backlog waiting to pay. Return section is too close to membership section with the entrance in between making it too crowded in the entrance way. Such a safety issue.
