Not a happy customer today. I was already miffed a few weeks ago when they would not give me a refund for a cushion in original packaging that I had bought there, claiming they had not sold it in that color. Management never responded to my complaint. Today I was approached by a lady who wanted to convince me to upgrade my membership because I was "wasting money" and would "make a lot more" if I upgraded. Most of their cashiers are rude. They are not really help the customers. They will give you face and mumbling if you do not put all the stuff on the belt or make it easy for them to scam the iteam. But you know what I can say, since we all are member of costco. i can't complain about their employees at the store. So I will choose other one in Wheaton or wherever.
Coscto has put the worst salsa in their stores. They used to carry the mango peach salsa for years and it used to be delicious. Now they carry this absolutely appalling and tasteless salsa. Is someone from Costco listening please
I ordered two pizza today but take more that half hour instead of 10 to 15 minutes; my order number is 192 but order number 202 is ready and my order still not ready, this is very bad management on prepare food especially in pizza section!
Awesome place, everything you need you can get it for right price .
