Quick and clean. You just need to time it right
It's crowded and people are rude. A hard store to get through. The bathrooms were dirty within 5 minutes of opening. I took pictures. Just disgusting
I hate this location. I only go there when I can't conveniently get to Frederick.
The parking is horrible. The layout is bad. It's crowded no matter when you go. I'd rather drive further north to the Frederick location than deal with Gaithersburg Costco.
Worst customer service ever! My grandma lost her purse and she thought she left it in Costco. When I asked in lost and found they were super rude! I asked if I could leave my information in case it turned up and they simply said no. I know Costco is cheap but I wasn't aware that their customer service was also. SAMs club here I come.
This Costco's review is below average. I believe the problems come from poor management of this warehouse. Here are some problems I find out. 1. Fresh food like tomato, pineapple from this Costco are more likely to be rotten than other Costco. I believe there is a problem of their storage. 2. Most optician in optical department doesn't know what they are doing. They adjust your glasses by instinct instead of fixing the problems. Sometime they show you attitute during busy hours. 3.
