This place has horrible customer service. And they were so rude to my 2 year old son for crying. Never going back
I took my mom into here last week for a simple trim. however it wasn't just a simple trim. the lady cut random chunks throughout her hair. some pieces are short, some pieces are long. it's awful. will never come back.
Was sent here by a good source to Haley for cut and color. BIG MISTAKE!!! When she got done looked like a troll doll orange!!! Said she would fix it come back after Thanksgiving she would fix it. So I did. She did MORE than fix it she put stripe of dark brown and white blonde mixed with the orange! Some stripes went scalp down a few went front to back. Then put a bunch of holes in the back with her cut. Since the manager was there when it was getting done BOTH TIMES I sent complaint to the company no response. Figure I could... read more
Just walked in 5 minutes after opening and told they have appointments so will be 45 minute wait at least. Why would you schedule appointments and not leave a stylists open for walk in customers? Mind you, the one appointment wasn't there yet and our cuts were both trims and wouldn't take long. Guess what, that location just lost two customers.
Definitely recommend this place! A bit costly, but they are very nice, professional, and take extra care to make sure you are treated well. I felt like I'd been going there my whole life when I left, and wondered why I never went in sooner.
