So I went it yesterday to get my hair cut. I wanted it done a certain way. I showed the girl the picture 3 times. When she was taking my hair down she stopped walked to another woman who I'm guessing is the manager they both came back and started looking at my hair. Horrible customer service!!! While getting my hair highlighted by Courtney, who by the way is absolutely amazing, I had to sit and listen to Amada? who every time someone would call or walk in, she would roll her eyes and get rude because she had to get off her butt. Ive seen her complain because she had to cut a childs hair, or get rude with me because I came 10 minutes early for my appointment. I will never reccomend this location or return because of the extremely rude hairstylist.
O been going to this location for years n have never been dissatisfied untill today.. JODIE IS HER NAME & I HAVE NO CLUE HOW SHE EVEN GOT HIRED LET ALONE HER FKN LICENCE.... . I mean wow i literally had to fight the tears back, she destroyed my hair luckily a lady by the name of Courtney fixed wat she cld before I left.. This place is a joke! My daughter went for just a trim and the lady butchered her hair! We had to pay another place to fix their shitty job!
The girl butchered my hair... wtf... chunks out of my hair and I'm supposed to get married in 30 days.. never again!!!!
