I love the service they listen to what I want
Worst experience ever with a hair cut. All I needed was an under cut. There was no communication during the cut. When she "finished" there was no clean up done. Couldn't show me what it looked like with a mirror. But she did tell me how to leave a tip. Rrrr. It left me very disappointed by the whole experience that I will never use cost cutters again when I travel.
Kayla performed magic today. She cut more than 12 inches off for me and colored my hair as well. I am soooo happy with the results! <3
