Shirley is always welcoming and a joy to talk to. Kellie gives me the absolute best of care which makes me feel more than comfortable. Overall, it's as pleasant an experience that it can be ..... especially at the dentist office!!! Thank you to all!
Possible improvements: A steady stream of water splashed on my face and neck during the procedure. Is there a way to deflect or cover the face of the patient if this is happening? When the chair is tipped down, there is not a place to support your arms. I have back issues resulting from a couple of car accidents, and the chair position and reduced arm rest area places more strain on my back.
