Problem after problem Maintenance requests are not resolved timely. The office never returns phone calls. I leave very polite detailed messages and never a call back. 2 weeks it took to have pest control visit after escalated service request sent in through their "handy app". There's foundation issues and plumbing issues, water pressure is low in the showers. I've lived here for 1.5 years because of convenient location. I'm appalled at the lack of customer service from the new management team.

New Management, avoid at all costs Avoid this place at all costs. They recently switched under a management that's completely incompetent. We've had a broken faucet in our kitchen for over 4 days, completely unusable and we've went in person to complain to management and every single time, they said they're gonna send someone over, and every single day they haven't sent anybody over. Bug infestations I really wish I had read the reviews before moving into this property. Major cockroach infestations coming out of all buildings. Broken appliances. Structural design awful. The staircases are always dirty and unkempt.
Don't fall on the trap Maintenance is horrible, you ask for today and they will come by next week. Charges are added to the account for no reason. You need to visit multiple times to get this sorted, you waste your time and but still nothing works. Management changes a lot so it's easy to blame of last one.

Extremely Happy under Milestone Management We have been extremely happy at Lincoln at Towne Square Plano Apartment. The transition from Pinnacle(previous management) to Milestone(current Management) caused lot of confusion and concern to both Management and resident. Do not deal with Jleigh!!! JLeigh is beyond verbally abusive on the phone. She does not have patience & does not have respect for others. She will put you down. I do not understand why the Lincoln at Towne Square has someone with zero patience or respect working for them. JLeigh’s attitude certainly says a lot about this property.

I like the... (Verified Renter) I like the size and layout of my unit and the laid back feeling of the with the walking paths and nature feel. But there are areas that are pure mud/dirt all year and nothing is done about it. Areas of mud wash over the sidewalks making it annoying to walk on even once it dries. If you want a apartment with bugs and mice Lincoln town square is the one.As reviews won’t lie Management will not take care of your concern as they don’t pick up your calls.Above all this apartment is very pricey which is worst,water leaking from walls and infinite quantity of large bugs,which will make your life horrible,so I did a mistake of moving in here wish i could read the reviews before moving in.

I would recommend... (Verified Renter) I would recommend because for kids sake nice play ground and walking area but for my sake storage is less in kitchen nd counter top also small now a days every body are getting lot of kitchen equipment to keep all those no proper storage you are providing
