Verified Renter The Super Senior Citizens , who are not earning and have no income, should be offered discounts in the rent. Moreover there should be a quiet and peaceful living environment for Super Senior Citizens , but sometimes they loose it due to noisy and foot stomping upstairs non responsive neighbor(s) . So the management should do something.
Poorly maintained community The apartments are really dirty and filled with roaches.

Extremely rude staff I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience at the leasing office. The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional.

The location is convenient to major freeways, shopping and restaurants. I love that some units have attached garages. There’s a feeling of community here, especially among the families with children.
