Worst Living Experience I've Ever Had If I could give them no stars, I would. I lived here for 9 months and it was truly the worst living experience I have ever had. Management ignored my requests to address fire code violations until I threatened to call the Plano Fire Department. The community consistently looked trashy as my lazy neighbors would use the convenience trash cans as their personal dumpsters and leave them overflowing. Family and Dog Friendly If you have children and/or dogs, this is the apartment for you! There is a park in the middle of the property with a playground and various equipment that gives the impression of play but is actually an exercise! The property also has many walking trails and a dog park. The atmosphere is one of a little neighborhood and not an apartment complex!
Lincoln at Towne Square I liked it better before it was bought by Pinnacle. I like the apartment itself because it's big and a quiet neighborhood.
Family Friendly I like my apartments. They are very family friendly, clean and quiet. They have a slight bug issue which they are trying to correct but I've spoken to several people who have said they're still having this issue. Aside from that, it's convenient to the school. The staff hardly answers phone calls yet maintenance requests are handled timely.
Feels Like home These apartments , specially the Phase 2 are designed aesthetically .. Light fixtures alll around the apartment . Good living space and Big park/ play area outside . Good amount of folks who works in companies nearby and to name few is Dr Pepper , Pepsi , Intel ..These are all within 3/4mile radius .. Walmart is 1/2 mile.. great parks around ... the place is green and Such a well designed Leasing office , that alone will blow you away.
