Fun events! There is pretty landscaping and I like my apartment, but community events actually make this feel like a home. The easter egg hunt and earth day plants were super cute! Recommend.

Verified Renter Apartments are not sound proof at all. Absolutely no privacy living here. Your footsteps, squeaking noises from bed, little loud discussion can be heard by neighbors.

Verified Renter Cortland west Plano definitely lived up to my expectations. Very well maintained and very strong maintenance team on ground. It’s definitely little pricier than others but I had smooth ride till now.

Good place The office people are nice. The apartment is well done and new. The park is very good. Walking trails and seating. Close to shops. Maintenance fast. Looking forward to the gym. I like the neighborhood.

Glad I stayed I’ve lived here for a few years now and was ready to move out in 2021. My maintenance wasn’t being fixed and my home needed updates. Nothing worked right and no one seemed to care. I’m glad I stayed. Cortland came in and made so many improvements! I moved to a renovated home and it’s a completely new world! We finally have pools, the place is clean now! You can't sleep, because you're going to always hear your neighbor upstairs, walking loud! running, your apartment will vibrate from the loud noise they are going to make, and if you complain to the administration they only tell you that you should call the police!
