Worst ....Not recommended Horrible...worst...pathetic........i don't have option to give low rating than this. I don't have any other words to put it on their response to wards my complaints. I have been facing electricity issue and complained 45 days back and followed up for 8 times personally and through emails. When we asked about it to their manager in frustrated way, they simply says"GET OUT OF MY OFFICE". So be patient even if you don't get service for 45 days or more.

Because of the... (Verified Renter) Because of the maintenance service was has gone pathetic lately. It used to be very good but now it sucks big time. I am going to leave the apartment because of that. If you open a request, nobody will come to see for a month despite visiting leasing office thrice.

The only reason... (Verified Renter) The only reason I would not recommend is lease breakage clause which asks to pay 2 months rent. There can be situations when one has to move.
The new management... (Verified Renter) The new management has not been efficient since they took over. The maintenance requests have not been taken care of since 3 weeks and there is nothing being done to fix that. It is not resident's problem about the transition. It has become really problematic with maintenance requests. Office staff just say we can't do anything and you need to wait for your turn to come. What the heck is that? NOT A GATED COMMUNITY and Horrible car parking Horrible car parking and security system. Very very less numbers of parking compared to total number of apt and residents staying over here. One day I have to kept my car at neighbor community illegaly, another day at Walmart/Sams free location as returned at late night. Management can only care, if you are taking $100 garage parking.
