For example, I am not used to getting a recording every time I call the office - this leads me to think there may be some staffing issues. I've only had... (Verified Renter) I've only had one maintenance since Cortland has taken over the management and the experience has not been good. My service request has been open for two months. It "disappeared" during the change from Lincoln to Cortland. I re-submitted the request and it was closed without a resolution. I stopped into the office and spoke to someone on the phone (same day) and was promised a call back with an update. I never received the update until I called the office yet again the next day. Be warned The staff is awful! The exterior is riddled with wasp nests, bird poop and cobwebs. If you tour ask to see the building of your potential apartment so you can view the upkeep.

Beautiful property; Crime is a Deal-Killer Really nice-looking place! Absolutely beautiful lake. My wife and I visited here over the weekend. Brand new too! However I started hearing about some apt break ins and other crime at the complex. After reading some other reviews and talking to a resident we met there, I contacted the Farmers Branch PD and they confirmed that 6 felonies have occurred there in 2016! CRIME PROBLEM; HOME BREAK-INS I have lived here for about a year. I have been quite happy here until I was recently made aware of a growing CRIME PROBLEM -- which includes multiple HOME BREAK-INS. My life at Lincoln Waters Edge have lived here since September 2015. It has been the best choice I have made in years. I watched these apartments being built. These apartments of a beautiful drive up appeal.
