Five Star Gem Finding an apartment home that is clean, updated, amenity-stocked, has friendly and trustworthy staff and reasonable pricing is sort of like asking for the too good to be true. I have been... (Verified Renter) I have been living here for some time now and I havent had any problems with management! The leasing staff is always there and help resolve issues promptly. The service team is also outstanding. They are always courteous and polite and make sure they fix issues right then and there! Highly recommend this place :)
Best management group ever! Since Cortland took over this property it has been amazing! They are so helpful! They have updated so many features and amenities and the property is better than ever. They host so many fun events to really get the community together. Beki is the best and Kristin is really great as well!
The quality of... (Verified Renter) The quality of the water here is horrible. The sinks, shower fixtures and toilets constantly have black ooz that must be cleaned. We have to buy drinking water for our coffee and ice because its not filtered by the refrigerators provided here.
Maintenance has been... (Verified Renter) Maintenance has been excellent in the 3 years we have been here. And with the new owners, so much easier to speak to the office.
