We love it... (Verified Renter) We love it here! The office staff is always friendly and willing to help. The location is great, close to major highways and near the lake with a walking trail. We love that the property has gate accessibilty and scheduled events for residents, as some of the other apartments in the area do not have gate access, it gives us some sense of aecurity. The property also has 2 separate gyms and pools, attached garages and a lot of parking available.

I have found... (Verified Renter) I have found local community leadership to be unprofessional and dishonest. Other residents have shared similar complaints with me...their displeasure with broken promises, lack of follow-through...but they are often reticent to complain too loudly (for fear of retaliation/holding it against them, no time, too much effort, will be moving soon anyway, aren't prone to confrontation, etc.). Amazing community! I work in property management for another company, so needless to say, I am extremely picky when it comes to where I live. My boyfriend and I toured several other places before visiting Cortland Waters Edge (Lincoln Waters Edge, at that time). Not only was the customer service top-notch, but we found everything we were looking for, such as an attached private garage and close proximity to the dog park. Gave the front... (Verified Renter) Gave the front door trash service pick up a 3 because a few weeks back one of the Well-Kept workers said some very disrespectful comments in front of my door regarding my trash. He didnt care that I heard him and acted unprofessionally. However, I understand that this is a third-party company we are using to discard our trash and this behavior does not reflect Cortland.
