Verified Renter Levi best property staff ever!!! Maintenance gets things done almost immediately when asked! Love the gym! Love having access to two pools. Surrounding area is nice and quiet. Very close to different stores

The neighbors are nice, the management team is great and the amenities is nice. If you have any issues or concerns they will handle it in a timely manner. The strongly enforce their rules and are always seeking improvement.

Verified Renter Search elsewhere for an apartment. Cortland North Haven’s administration is still in Covid-ish working-from-home posture which means they do little work.
Verified Renter I am a new resident, but so far so good! The staff was super helpful and kind when I was applying/touring/moving in. I love how dog friendly the apartment complex is and all of the special amenities (including the convenience store).
Verified Renter It’s annoying to be a smoke free property and to constantly smell marijuana. I can’t sit on my patio or have my balcony door open because neighbors smoke on a daily basis morning, noon, and night.
Beautiful property with many amenities The apartment complex is in a good location with easy access to IH35. Lots of shopping, eateries, convenient stores, medical centers and an HEB grocery store a couple blocks away. I moved here when it first opened in 2016 and have enjoyed living here. The management and staff is very helpful and available for assistance. Viridiana, the Community Manager, is incredible and always helped me when need.
