So grateful Courtland... (Verified Renter) So grateful Courtland Waters Edge took over the management. Had horrible experience with the previous management from day one. Courtland Waters Edge came and were very caring. Made sure to host an event to introduce themselves and take care of any concerns. Very friendly office staff along with the maintenance crew.
Cortland Waters Edge... (Verified Renter) Cortland Waters Edge has been a wonderful experience so far. Since Cortland took over (used to be owned by Lincoln), there is definitely much more of a sense of community. You can tell that Cortland really cares about their tenants and wants to make sure everyone has a voice and is happy! The amenities are top notch - we literally get compliments from everyone that comes to visit. Great place to live if you really want to feel at home!

So far my... (Verified Renter) So far my son and I are enjoying our stay here at Cortland. Its convenience to his school and all our community needs grocer store, fast food, cleaners, friends, and family, mall within close proximity.its great!!
Valet trash service... (Verified Renter) Valet trash service is horrible Walls are so thin I can hear my neighbor below me wakeup alarm go off every Sat/Sun morning at 6:30am even when they are not home. My next door neighbor is having a baby. They live in a one bedroom and I can hear their arguments, TV, kitchen activities. They back up to my bedroom. Sleep is difficult. No covered parking and I can't keep my car clean due to sprinklers.
