Management has done nothing to take care of issues with the trash compactor. This has been an ongoing problem since last summer and trash piles up like this on the sidewalk on a weekly basis.

You definitely don’t get what you pay for. They’re not cleaning the pool. I had to clean it myself two weekends in a row and the water looks so disgusting now that I won’t even get in it. They promised an entertainment room and have not even begun the plans for it. For about 7 months out of my stay they had to come in every month and inspect this or upgrade that. I have lived here for a year now. Since moving in Olde Raleigh has done so many things to improve this place. But the thing that is the best improvement is the gym. They are the only apartment complex I know of with a TRX system. My wife and I love the gym and it is a big reason we released. Now that the key fobs have been installed, it has made going to the gym so much better.
Maintenance has been out 7 times to fix my air conditioner and it still isn't working. It was 102° yesterday and my a/c doesn't work. They called me today and said they would have it fixed next week. That is 2 full weeks in the middle of the summer with no air conditioning. They always say they are understaffed and that is why it takes so long to get things done. That's a management problem. Stop passing the buck and get my a/c fixed!
