Just pick up my car from body shop great job.
I initially brought my 2011 Ford Fusion to Cortese Ford as recommended by Darren VanOrden who's advice I trust as I've been advised for many years by him regarding my vehicles for an issue with my brakes. I hadn't bought a car at a dealer in 17 yrs. I bought a chevy at a ford dealer. Weird. The dealing was good. I like Shane and Steve(Steve the money guy).
Bought a car early December in just over 1 hour of time. Tim M. was excellent to work with. A couple days later we discovered that the front seat didn't move forward or back. Took it back for Tim to look at who set us up with the service department to have it checked. He thought something was jamming the track. It turned out that the track needed to be replaced; which, they fixed and finished in less time than they asked to have the car for. Friendly customer service. Very pleased.
