The sales person was perfect. The car on the other hand was not. Left rear turn signal did not work "good inspection" and the drivers heated seat does not work. If your maintenance was as good as the sales person then life wold be good.

My husband and I went shopping for one vehicle to lease but ended up getting two great deals. Tommy Ciavarri was our sales rep and he was great. Very helpful in finding the cars that fit our needs and was very helpful in answering all of questions. He was also very polite and friendly sales rep.

My salesman Tommy was great. I really felt taken care of. The only sour taste that I had in my mouth was the the lease terms that we had agreed upon the day before we changed when I came to pick the vehicle up. I would have appreciated a phone call instead of having to find out last minute.

I was surprised at how long the process took to pick up the vehicle, even though I made an appointment. However, I was glad that the service portion of the process had been completed. The sales representative (Jimmy) was often difficult to understand, as he often spoke quietly and quickly
