Very good, second purchase from Cortese...Dave E. Did a nice job.
I needed a car but did not go ready to make a purchase. Tommy Ciavarri made all the difference. He was knowledgeable, informative, and so easy to do business with. He made the car buying experience a simple and easy process. He went out of his way to build a relationship with me. I have never even had anyone go into the details of the car features as he did. If he is Cortese, you have a great dealership!
Everyone was very pleasant to work with and very helpful. They all made me feel comfortable with my purchase and addressed any and all of my concerns. This was before and after my purchase. It was a big decision, but I feel it was a good one.
It was great. No nonsense, no games. I wanted to drive a car to see if I liked it and I was able to without pulling credit or meeting five different people in the office.

Burt was an awesome!
I visited Cortese 1st (of 3 dealers visited) to consider leasing or buying an Edge- I later expanded it to lease two Edges. I frankly didn't expect that Cortese would be the best package, but then again, I had not counted on Burt Lyon. Burt worked very hard to get this deal done and he was true to his word to a T. My wife and I love the Edges and I have nothing but praise for how Burt represented Cortese- he is a real asset to your firm.
