what can i say. before i started dealing with cortese...every experience i had with a service center or dealership was subpar to say the least. the people at cortese give you estimates that they stick to! and my car is always ready in one day! on top of it...i drop my car off and the courtesy shuttle takes me to work...and picks me up! i love cortese service and have already recommended them to several friends who have gone there and experienced the same level of satisfaction. hats off to whomever is running that place...the... read more

honest, forthright, to the point. i searched my vehicle on line...found what i was looking for. called and set an appointment. they financed me in a matter of minutes, gave a me a great value for my trade in...and i was done in a half hour. No terrible negotiating like I have gone through at other places. loved the experience at cortese so much that we went back and bought my wife a car there 6 months later… and we will be back. thank you to steve, pat, john and tim in service. Shane was great. He took the time to show me all of the options and discuss several different ways to go, from New to Used. I appreciate his great attitude and true concern. I know he was being truthful and upfront, as his every action and fact showed this. I have a son that is still in a car seat. He took the time to allow me to understand how they work in the different cars that I test drove, and he explained the safety features of each. not a high pressure dealership and plus they don't pressure you buy a vehicle rightaway.Shane Chapin was a wonderful sales person and plus take time listen to you. Make sure you're happy and satisfied with you're purchase.No complaint from the BBB. I look high and low for my truck and found what I like. Travel all over the creation to other Ford Dealership and they didn't have what I was looking for.

The staff at Cortese were very friendly and professional. They were very willing to answer any questions that we had, as well as test drive many vehicles until we felt comfortable with our decision. I truly feel that we purchased a great car at a great price. I will be buying my future cars from the Cortese Auto Group, as I look forward to another great experience.
