Professionalism; explanation of mechanics; quality of product
I had leased a Lincoln MKX from Cortese Lincoln and it was taken back by Ford RAV because it was a lemon. I then decided to buy a Ford Edge, and after shopping around I came back to Cortese Ford.
My sales rep Leah Gardiner was very courteous, efficient and professional. She called ahead to introduce herself and kept me informed when any issues arose so they could be dealt with promptly. The sales manager Dave was also very cordial and professional.
I initially brought my 2011 Ford Fusion to Cortese Ford as recommended by Darren VanOrden who's advice I trust as I've been advised for many years by him regarding my vehicles for an issue with my brakes. While waiting for the repairs to be completed I wandered through the showroom and after discussing the new Fusions with Darren he gave me the name of Burt Lyon should I be interested in a new vehicle.
