Dale was awesome throughout the entire home buying process, especially as a first time home buyer. In a very difficult market his impressive knowledge of the area was a huge help. He was was great to work with on a daily basis and was always easy to get in touch with when I had any questions or a new property became available. I would highly recommend working with Dale if you are looking for a new home of any kind in the Raleigh area.
