I have never been more disgusted with a "Christian Dealership". I purchased a car years ago and they took advantage of my financial situation and now, as I am I trying to trade my car in; they neglected to tell me that it was in an accident with multiple impacts. That is complete negligence! NEVER will I ever recommend this dealership and I will share my experience with whomever will listen. Shame on you!!!
I went into the buying process somewhat dreading it probably due to being a sales rep myself. Al Pryor and Gaylan Pegen made the process seamless and respectful of my time. They focused on the needs I had and found a car I am more than happy with by listening rather than "selling" me. They went above and beyond the expectations I had from beginning to the end. They were able to get the payment I wanted where other dealers failed or wouldn't try. Thanks guys for a great buying experience!!
I bought my Cadillac Escalade from here and I love it. After I drove it home the brakes were acting up and the tire sensor came on. They fixed it for free and it's been driving like a champ since.
I went threw cornerstone auto in Plymouth a few years back and I must say, their nice folks however, I was approved for the car I originally wanted until I received word that something went wrong with the paperwork. So, I had to go with a different vehicle. A vehicle that soon after I purchased it broke down. When I had it checked out, the mechanic told me there was a list of things wrong with it. I love this dealership, very easy to work with and very friendly! Tom Hunter helped me and my friend get a car. I definitely plan on getting another car in the future from this dealership!
