Horrible place from the sales guy who knew nothing about the vehicles in the lot to the finance lady not knowing anything about our agreement. I even had a phone call from the finance manager and general manager threatening me a week after I purchased the vehicle. This threat came from them unethically forcing me to purchase an extended warranty, which is illegal to do in Minnesota. I called them to cancel this after speaking with the bank who didn't require this as part of the loan and was swore at and threatened. Needless ... read more
Worst place ever. They will con you into buying the extended warranty, when in fact no one can make you buy it. We had to hear from our financing company after the fact that they did not require us to purchase this. Cornerstone then tried to get us to redo our loan. After involving the attorney generals office, they advised we were being scammed and can cancel our warranty within 30 days of purchase. We did this, have yet to hear from these very "Christian" people. Do not use! You've been warned.
Tom Hunter is the most reliable and trustworthy salesman you can find. I was looking around for cars and got screwed over by a salesman at a different dealership. Tom went above and beyond to help me find a car, get approved for financing a car, and made calls to banks to get my interest rate down, all within 24 hours. We went to this dealership on Saturday just with an opened mind and seeing what our options were with the situation we were put into. Tom Hunter was so helpful and answered all of our questions we had about the vehicles we were test driving. Annette and Gaylan Pegel were also a huge help in our buying process and they made the finance part so smooth and very understanding. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy another vehicle.
