I bought my Jeep Compass from here, I take it to get oil changed regularly. The service department and people I spoke with, always nice and accommodating
My wife just had her aunt's Ford Escape in there for service. Charged $50 to diagnose an air vent issue, by looking it over, adjusting the cold/warm dial.. and pronouncing it "working fine". (driving outside in today's weather, and with dial set to "cold" the outside air coming in is much warmer than you would expect) Then proceeded to tell her the A/C would need to be recharged in the spring.. again, without actually testing the system, and the A/C runs quite cold by my feel.
