I would not recommend Cornerstone Home Lending to anyone needing a mortgage for their house. They "Outsource" most of the services and the process they go through is the worse ever. If you have any insurance claims where you are needing to hire contractors, they will sit on your insurance check and put it in escrow account without payment. By the time the contractors get paid it is several months after the work is completed.

If tigers ever were a tile child for getting a home loan, I believe it would gaffe been me. However, from day one, Robert ******** with Cornerstone Lending helped me through every step of the way. If a problem arose, he wss right on it and figured out a way to work it out. It is very easy to get a home loan when you have great credit and verifiable income, but being self employed and having a few credit issues makes it a little difficult.
