Very disappointing experience with the scheduling policy here. I had an appointment scheduled for 9:20 AM today, but because I didn’t confirm it the day before, they canceled my appointment and only called me about 30 minutes beforehand to tell me that the time was no longer available. I don’t understand the point of scheduling an appointment if it can simply be canceled because I didn’t reconfirm something I had already scheduled. I was given a very pleasant thorough check up. Along with a panoramic dental x-ray they also used an Intra Oral Scanner which gave a 3-D picture of my teeth. A comfortable plan was made for future follow up appointments. Everyone involved was so very helpful & friendly! Dr. Rowley is the BEST!!!
