I feel Dr Hartman is very good at his craft but he has 0 customer service skills and they way he speaks to his customers are demeaning and disrespectful.
Dr Hartman is The best dermatologist and will always return. He’s a wonderful doctor, professional, skillful, and knowledgeable about skin care. I trust him with all my dermatology needs. Great bedside manner too!

Excellent services all around from Juliette at the front desk to Brandy in the back... my second visit was spectacular!!! Dr. Hartman is very personable and definitely holds his staff to high standards.
Dr. Hartman is one of a kind. He takes the time to speak with you, answers ALL your questions and explains exactly what he is going to do and how he will achieve the end result. If you are looking for a top notch dermatologist then Dr. Hartman is your man!!
Dr. Hartman’s bedside manners are horrible. My 15 year old son aspires to be a Dermatologist but after yesterdays experience we had to have a long discussion regarding why he must be better than Dr. Hartman. I selected Dr. Hartman because he was a Dermatologist of color but he does not know how to treat people who look like him. We were completely caught off guard by his unprofessionalism as a Doctor. I’ve heard horrible experiences about him but never thought it would happen to us.
Dr. Hartman was very thorough and made me feel like I was his only patient at the time, even though there was a waiting room full of others. He did not seemed rush or just trying to give me a quick fix for my problem. I would definitely recommend him and his staff.
Great Dr who has a love for his patients. Geuine concern for their well being
