I was very impressed with Dr. Hartman and his staff. They were very patient and accommodating to us as new patients. My husband and I had a joint appointment. He was very thorough with his skin exam and very informative on some of our skin issues. He addressed multiple skins questions and issues. There were several elderly people in the waiting room that needed extra assistance and his staff went out of their way to help them. Dr. Hartman has consistently provided outstanding skin care for me and my family since his days at UAB over ten years ago. He always makes us feel a small though we are the only patients in the practice because he takes the time to listen and truly cares for us. We would never go anywhere else. He is the best.
Dr. Hartman sees our whole family. We love him and would recommend him to anyone.
The office is very clean and modern. The wait is never long. Don't expect the doctor to stay in the room longer than 15 minutes. And she did listen to me and my concerns. Overall pleased.
My first visited Dr. Hartman back in 2012 my experience with him was actually good; however, starting in 2016 from the second breakout of acne...the last 3 visits have been very dissatisfying. I did not report my experience because I assumed the next visit each time would be different but each one got worst than the prior. I got spoken to in a matter I wasn't intelligent enough to comprehend the full elements of my condition, he did not properly view my skin condition or remotely look at my skin
Best experience that I've ever had at a dermatologist's office and I've been to plenty. Kind, compassionate, concerned, never rushed.

Dr Hartman and his office staff are very pleasant and efficient. There is very little wait time, ample face time with Dr Hartman and you're out quickly. I couldn't have been more pleased with his knowledge and with my visit.
Dr. Dyck is my dermatologist and she is wonderful. She was very proactive about my diagnosis and treatment. She was friendly and kept me well informed. The nurses were amazing as was the rest of the staff.
