Previously worked for the company in 2019 and moved on in 2020. I never thought this business would have tried to derail a significant milestone, like buying a first home. This business claimed that "due to the company being restructured, they no longer have old company records." According to title 29, part 516.5, each employer shall preserve for at least three years all payroll or other records containing the employee information. Thankfully I kept my records and documentation.
