Terrible service, my son came home on a feeding tube and I never got the formula until a week later!!! What am I suppose to do??? I had to ween him of formula myself. Finally the formula showed up and inside was the wrong syringe to push formula into feeding tube so AGAIN we had no way of feeding thru the tube. At this point I ask for a refund and to NO SURPRISE I’m getting the run around. I have been in the phone at least 20 times to resolve bouncing around the departments because no one knows what they’re doing. They hang ... read more
EXTREMELY UNORGANIZED UNPROFESSIONAL....Be prepared to stay on the phone for at least an hr. and a half....past from one non informed to the next whose even more uninformed...you must repeat your information over and over continuously....without resolvement...not on one occasion but SEVERAL...if the calls are indeed being monitored one SHOULD have stopped the inadequate service by now!!!!
Promised the world by the sales lady failed to deliver. Not a big fan. Coram is awful in this area. Many better options
