I prepaid for a non-refundable 3 night stay on Priceline.com for $516.63. After seeing the room I think I'd have paid $250 max. My plane arrived to the destination at 8pm and was taxied for 45 minutes. In that time I attempted to call the hotel over and over again. I then called Priceline customer service and expressed concern regarding the hotels written policy of no late checks in. The place is rundown and not well-maintained. There is no signs indicating it’s the place you’re looking for. Good luck reaching them- they don’t pick up the phone or answer emails. There are no signs to the office. When we finally found the office, there was nobody there. My mom had to wander around in order to find someone. The room was unlocked. Stay Away – Unsafe, Filthy, and Should Be Shut Down This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with a hotel booking. First of all, the property was almost impossible to find — the sign was tiny and covered by overgrown plants. When I finally located the entrance, I was shocked. Estuvimos hospedados del 3 de Julio al 6 y la experiencia fue fantástica. El edificio es antiguo, pero las habitaciones son espaciosas y muy cómodas. Éramos 3 familias y todos escogimos la opción de 1 habitación, y todos quedamos muy complacidos. Bruno y Alexandra súper profesionales y atentos a cualquier duda o necesidad. El acceso a la playa está a 5 minutos. Nos gustó tanto que ya tenemos dos fechas más reservadas.
