DO NOT STAY HERE!. Hopefully you read this before you book. Worst booking experience I've had. Dirty, broken down, smelly, and uncomfortable. Never was able to reach the management before the stay to confirm. Broken TV, Dishwasher leaking, blinds broken, very uncomfortable beds. All I can think is they survive by unsuspecting victims that don't have the time or money to evacuate. Do yourself a favor....avoid!
The hotel was great if you can overlook some problems. As is evident in the reviews I have read, the hotel is not to the taste of everyone, because it is in need of renovation and better maintenance. I could give several examples of things that made it feel a little run-down, but for my personal taste these minor irritations were not nearly as important as the positive aspects. Booked through a thirty part and arrived, the hotel did not have our reservation. Our friends also booked through a third party and this property also did not have their reservation. This property was zero help and did not offer any assistance. Beware before booking!
We booked a place here months in advance. The man at the reception desk told us that he didn’t have our reservation even though it charged us and we had a confirmation. This place is one to avoid at all costs
As other reviews have said the pictures online DO NOT Match what you'll actually find when you enter a room. I booked this for my wife and I on a personal vacation trip. However I'm actually a travel agent and would have been very disappointed to learn that this place didn't live up to the pictures that were posted online if I had booked client here it would have been disappointing to say the least.
