The hotel itself was okay, but I highly discourage anyone from staying here. They charged a security deposit and never returned it. To make matters worse, there is absolutely no contact with them—they completely ignore both phone calls and emails. A total disaster!
The room didn’t have blinds. The TV didn’t work and the AC didn’t work. The customer service is horrible, there is no one at the reception and they have a number your supposed to call if you need anything, they don’t answer, and will eventurally say “hey can’t talk right now, text me” if I could put 0 stars for service I would. Paid 400$ for one night and it was horrible, wouldn’t recommend even if you have Xanax
The reviews do not do this place justice. Roberto at the front was amazing, and took care of us dispite a late arrival due to a rental car failure. We ended up arriving two days later and the staff and team ensured we had a beautiful room and even assisted us with accommodation for the missed prior days. Dieses Hotel ist eine absolute Zumutung.... Die Rezeption war leider nicht mehr besetzt als wir am Abend eingetroffen sind, es gab allerdings an der Tür einen Hinweis zum Zimmer und wo der Schlüssel zu finden ist. Im Zimmer angekommen mussten wir leider feststellen da dieses nicht die gebuchte Kategorie war. Wir hatten eine Suite mit zwei Schlafzimmern gebucht, das Zimmer war eine Maisonette Wohnung mit einem Schlafzimmer.
