The actual physical therapy sessions we have no complaints over. It is their billing dept that is horrendous. I received a bill in January 2022 for services in JULY 2021. They blame system issues for this. Their substantial delays in billing make accurate record keeping difficult. I went ahead and paid the $100 bill in full. Beware, grossly inaccurate cost estimates. Prior to beginning treatment I had to decide whether or not to pay out of pocket or pay through insurance. In order to make this decision I relied on the estimate given by the cora office. I received treatment paying the estimated amount each session only to be informed a few weeks later that I owed an additional $500.00. It turns out CORA underestimated my patient responsibility by over 50%. This resulted in me paying twice the out of pocket rate for some services. This went on for... read more
On 1/12/17 I went to CORA Rehabilitation because of lower back pain. The only thing they did for me was to show me how to do four exercises and put me in a bike for ten minutes. They did not massage my back, use ultrasound, apply heat, or any other procedure that could have helped my back heal quickly. I have had back therapy before and this is the first time the therapy has been so poor.
