Good Apartment Quiet apartments to live in. I've had maintenance issues that have been fixed rapidly. The office staff is willing to help as well. The inside of the apartments look nice and decent. So far I have no complaints about these apartments.

Ive Been Here a Minute Ive been livin here for about 3 to 4 years. I cant recall when i moved in, but i do know the apartments before copper lodge were the Oaks. I can say with new management, and the overall satisfaction i get from the new staffing has been great. I get quality service when i can, I never have to worry about not getting called back, and even when the lines are busy they have some way to reach you back. Old Building with Some Improvements This complex is old. The new management company is doing a lot of cosmetic improvements - new siding, new "brick" accents, repainting, new internal/external light fixtures, new interior doors. In the past six months, the doors, windows, and the roofs of some buildings have been replaced. This is great, but our foundation was repaired six months ago and no one has come in to repair the cracks in the wall and sheetrock from this repair. The insides of the apartments are old. My nightmare These people are the worst. They never return your phone call and when you call them they are always busy. I waisted a week and three days just to hear excuses. One minuet I am approved the next they lost all my info and requested that I fill out another application and bring my income statement again. I would call them everyday because the first was right around the corner just to be told on the 28th that my application wasn't approved and they process both money orders and I am still waiting for my refund and ... read more

Broken into twice I've lived here for about 3 years and have been broken into twice in a year's time. While the complex replaced the windows that were broken, they did not increase security until a year later when new management came in. Even then, the security is very loose on what they watch.
