HORRIBLE Do not move here It’s roach infested, I keep having them come out and spray but they are in the walls so instead of getting to the root of the problem they just put a band aid on it. Their maintenance people show up when they feel like it, they even marked the maintenance request complete but didn’t even come to the apartment. This place is a trap It was great for the first 3 months and then it was an apartment from hell for the remaining of the lease. There was tons of water leaking/flooding/drainage issues that management makes any excuse not to fix. They will say stuff like oh the water stains are just old paint coming through the wall and it just needs to be re-painted over. Water damage? Oh thats just a bad foundation. Highly recommended I’ve been here for about two years. I love these apartments! I love how they remodeled them, love their walking closets and their two swimming pools! The staff is amazing. They take care of things in a timely manner. The manager Yvette , Jamila and Brenny are very professional and caring! They have been here since I moved in and always take care of me when needed. Great Management I’ve lived in this area for quite some time and have seen this property grow so beautifully. Living here since the new management has been great. They have a great Maintenance staff who are always on top of everything. The office staff are amazing. I will be renewing for another year come February
Going on 4 years as a resident - Happy I've been a resident here for 4 years and I can say we've had our ups and downs but more positives than negatives. One thing I know, if there was ever a doubt or question the staff was always happy and eager to help. When there was a problem in my unit the team would address it in a timely manner. Great Management I have been a resident at Copper Lodgr since 2001 at the time it was called the Oaks. Because I am retired I have to watch my expenses sometime i felt like moving would be better but when Knightvest obtained the property in 2015 I have felt much better about my decision to stay. The management has improved so much problems are handled in a timely mannget. WOW! Came here to view a unit here and had a great experience, the office was packed but they were still able to great us and offer refreshments. The pricing was a little out of our range but they did let us know they would if any price drops happened they would call us and Guess what!? they did, we moved in and everything has been wonderful ! cant wait till the summer to dive in their super clean pool! I recommend this place to anyone!
Terrible management I have an issue already for 2 weeks and all i heard today is that the maintenance people are very busy working on ac units i understand that but i pay every month for an apartment too like all those tenants and expect to recive the same service if i pay the rent late i get charge a late fee like all those people on the list so if they can't keep up with the renters issues on the apartments hire more handy man I am very disappointed for waiting that long for the issue to be resolved and how i was greeted a... read more
